$174.70 to Medicare monthly

Covers Hospital charges (except room & board) / Dr., Chiropractic & Specialist visits / lab work
Deductible is $240 annually
Paid by you…or a Medicare Supplement

MEDICARE PART – C

Medicare Advantage Plan – Not typically recommended by our agency, as we feel it is NOT the best fit for most of our clients. Mainly due network restrictions and high out of pocket costs. These Plans are Zip code specific and require a Network of Providers. We understand everyone’s situation is different. You will need to call us for more information. These are the Plans you see in T.V. commercials typically.

Drugs and drug plans only
We will enroll you in a drug plan through the website – medicare.gov

MEDICARE PLAN – F Only Available to people on Medicare prior to 2020

Covers 100% of Medicare approved expenses, including over-charges that are not picked up by Medicare
You have NO co-pays, NO deductibles & NO out-of-pocket expenses
Male Rate – $128.58 per month / Female – $114.33 per month /A Rated Company (Additional 7% Discount if applying with a Spouse or Significant other. Rates Shown do not have discount applied)

MEDICARE PLAN – G

Exactly like Plan F: except for the annual Part B deductible of $240
Male Rate – $114.25 per month / Female Rate – $101.58 per month / A Rated Company (Additional 7% Discount if applying with a Spouse or significant other. Rates shown do not have discount applied)

MEDICARE PLAN – N

Up to a $20.00 co-pay per office visit/Up to $50.00 per E.R. visit
Male Rates – $85.75 / Female Rates – $76.08 / A Rated Company
You Pay the Part B deductible and Possible Excess Charges
Additional 7% Discount for Spouses or Significant others applying together. Rates shown do not have discount applied.
